The idea for the set was to support a whimsical light-hearted yet traditional Christmas feel. While we knew that in one way or another we wanted to tell a Christmas story via screens in a somewhat storybook fashion.
My roles were:
Set Design, Lighting Design, LED Design and Implementation, Video Implementation, Rigging, Audio Design, Direction, Producing etc.

1. A Whimsical light-hearted yet traditional Christmas feel Our Creative Producer Matt Hail came up with a great graphics package and branding for the service. This catapulted us into a set that was really nothing more than a support mechanism for worship and story telling. We started with three main video panels made of WinVision WV9 panels hung at various depths on the stage the mid-stage-right wall was 6' x 6' and made of 9 panels. the center-upstage wall was 10' x 6' and made of 15 panels. While the downstage-left wall was 8' x 6' and made of 12 panels.

2. Story Book Feel The Story Book Feel was accomplished by a video. This video was not only shown on the side screens but was also mapped to the center screens for a larger effect. We mapped the screen using an additional instance of ProPresenter in Slave Mode. This gave us the ability to control content without an extra person and without worrying about timing issues. Likewise for imag effects we mapped multiple cams to the three walls individually at the end for a larger feel. This was accomplished using our BlackMagic 2me switcher and routing.
